Founder, Ashley Wiser’s, career started as a U.S. Air Force Nuclear Operations officer. With over 4,500 alert hours on the Minuteman III weapons system, she learned what separates a good officer and a good team from the rest. As a no-fail mission, she learned how to extract serious lessons learned from even the slightest misstep. Then, after separating and moving to Washington DC to work in national security industry, she learned those skills are hardly universal.
There is perhaps no higher-stakes mission than U.S. nuclear weapon operations. After all, it is a no-fail mission. As a former U.S. nuclear weapon operations officer, our founder learned first hand the trade craft of risk reduction in operating the most dangerous weapons known to human. After separating from the Air Force and working in the private national security space, she realized just how valuable these methods are and has adapted them to help other private industries in the national security space reach their full potential.
While the stakes may be different, the mission is the same regardless of where you sit in this industry–provide the best possible product to the best customer: our nation. What better way to help improve service than teach them the same risk reduction trade craft used in the U.S. nuclear weapon operations community?
